Caroline has been a resident of Charleston since 1996, and thoroughly enjoys her life in the Lowcountry. In 2005, she embarked on a career in real estate, assisting numerous buyers and sellers in the Charleston area. Caroline attributes her success in the real estate industry to her strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and her belief in a no-pressure sales approach. These qualities have enabled her to excel in her real estate career and provide valuable assistance to her clients.
In 2012, Caroline made a career change, and along with her husband founded a marketing a PR firm called Groundswell PR. The boutique agency worked with national brands specializing in outdoor and active lifestyle public relations and grew to have 11 employees. In 2021, Groundswell was acquired, and in 2022 Caroline returned to her previous career love - real estate. By combining her knowledge of marketing strategies with her expertise in real estate, Caroline can effectively promote properties and provide valuable insights to her clients.
Outside of real estate, Caroline has a love for surfing, traveling, learning Spanish and spending time with her two boys. She also has a personal passion for healthy eating and enjoys sharing her journey of healing a chronic illness through dietary changes. Caroline lives in Mt. Pleasant with her family and cherishes every relationship she develops through real estate her sales.
